What is the Energy Matters' Installer Network?
Established in 2005, Energy Matters has serviced 40,000 Aussie homes and businesses as a solar retailer and, now, as an educational resource. We provide Australians with the information they need to make informed decisions about renewable energy products and services. Our service offerings include free quotes for:
- grid-connected solar
- off-grid solar
- batteries
- heat pump hot water systems
- solar hot water systems
- EV chargers
- LED lighting
- air conditioning
- home insulation
- cladding
- and a range of renewable energy products and upgrades
When a customer requests free quotes, their information is dispersed to up to 3 installers in their local area. The Energy Matters Installer Network aims to service all of Australia, including regional areas.

Our customers are generally well-informed before requesting quotes, and our quote forms operate to ensure that quote requests are of high quality. How do I join the Installer Network?

Important things to note about our Installer Network:
- No sign-up, subscription, or exit fees: You only pay for the leads you choose.
- Rejection Policy: Energy Matters has a fair rejection policy:
- Unable to contact
- Unable to quote – e.g. tyre kickers, home not suitable, already accepted another quote, looking for information only, etc
- Reputable installers: Energy Matters’ customers are of paramount importance and we choose to work with installers who hold the same values. Energy Matters will not onboard or will choose to cease a relationship with:
- Installers/retailers with consistent negative reviews or feedback
- Installers/retailers who choose not to honour warranties
- Installers/retailers who are not registered with the required and applicable accreditation bodies
- Installers/retailers who do not install industry approved or high quality products
